This album is dedicated not to the Chernobyl tragedy of 1986, but to the town of Pripyat, all population of which was evacuated after the catastrophe. Abandoned houses, empty streets, cracked roads and walls, rusty machinery, radioactive background going off scale, lightening film, crippled silent nature. Wind howls in empty rooms, darkness, snow. Roaring environmental hum and rustling radionoises, filled with all-penetrating dreadful radiation. Full-colour 3-panel cover.
